BELLY DANCE

Belly Dance is one of the oldest and most evolved forms of dance in the world. Stretch and tone your body while you learn this ancient and beautiful feminine art! This class is designed as an introduction to belly dance for students with or without previous dance experience. Students are taught the belly dance posture, how to isolate body movement and the basic dance steps. Arms, hands, stomach, legs and hips are used in both stationary and travelling steps.
